Davinci Jets Services is hiring for an Inspector in Charlotte, NC. In this role, you will be working for a Part 145 Corporate aircraft maintenance repair station. DJS is dedicated to providing extraordinary aviation services, parts sales, avionics, and aircraft maintenance services.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Ensure strict adherence to all regulations outlined in 14 CFR Part 145, as well as any additional applicable regulatory requirements.

Maintain established procedures that guarantee compliance with regulatory standards and requirements.

Conduct inspections to monitor compliance across all aspects of aircraft maintenance operations.

Oversee quality control processes to ensure the highest standards of maintenance and repair are consistently met.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all maintenance activities, inspections, and certifications.

Ensure that all required documentation and reports are completed thoroughly and submitted in a timely manner.

Facilitate the proper retention and storage of records in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Education & Experience:

MATERIALS SPECIALIST

Davinci Jets Services is hiring for a Materials Specialist in Charlotte, NC. In this role, you will be working for a Part 145 Corporate aircraft maintenance repair station. DJS is dedicated to providing extraordinary aviation services, parts sales, avionics, and aircraft maintenance services.
Responsibilities:

Reports directly to the Materials Manager and follows operational flow of information.
-
Receives items into Corridor properly by utilizing the Shipping and Receiving modules.
-
Ensures Corridor processes for materials and tool handling are executed properly, to include inspecting for calibration, assisting with calibration list and sending tools to appropriate outside vendors for calibration.
-
Delivers materials needed for MRO work orders in a timely manner.
-
Executes materials receiving and warehousing procedures as directed by the Materials Manager.
-
Communicates effectively with Materials Manager, MRO personnel, and leadership.
-
Ships cores/overhauls/tooling, etc. to vendors with proper packaging and appropriate speed due to shop needs.

Accomplishes tasks, as needed, delegated by the Materials Manager or senior leadership.

Must have a sense of urgency and attention detail.

Able to manage a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

Would be the backup for the Materials Manager.

Would be responsible for handling the sourcing of parts (RFQ’s, requesting purchase approval, etc.), submitting purchase orders, communicating delivery dates, receiving items and delivering to work orders.

LEARJET 45 - DEDICATED TECH
Norfolk, Virginia
Davinci Jets is looking for a Dedicated Technician to maintain situational awareness of the operations taking place across fleet of 2 Bombardier Learjet 45 aircraft. Communication and teamwork are key requirements and essential in ensuring a smooth operation across all teams within the company and extending out to our crews. Expected to take initiative to aid in dispatch, recovery, changes, and transitions of crew and aircraft to maximize aircraft availability.
Reports To: Director of Maintenance
Responsibilities & Duties:
To safely manage scheduled, unscheduled, and AOG maintenance requirements of 2 Bombardier Learjet 45 aircraft, in conjunction with Davinci Jets Maintenance Control Team, and communicate with clients all maintenance related events and outcomes.

Safely managing daily maintenance requirements of the assigned aircraft in a timely manner with consistent application of Company policy and procedures.

Responsible for coordinating w/ Maintenance Control, Dispatch/Scheduling, Charter Sales, Outside Maintenance providers, FBOs and Flight crews on maintenance events.

Must convey high level of technical support to flight crews and Outside Maintenance Providers.

Responsible for building, scheduling, and releasing Maintenance work orders.
